I am honored to provide a non-judgmental and confidential environment for you to explore and grow from your life experiences. I deeply respect cultural differences and your personal values, so we will set up our therapeutic goals together. Through the therapeutic use of drama and the arts, I will support you in connecting with your creativity and transforming even painful experiences into beauty and self-knowledge. By deliberately incorporating appropriate Drama Therapy techniques (as well as visual art, photographs, drawing, & movement), I am able to offer my clients a deeper healing experience than talk therapy alone.

Why use Drama Therapy?
We use Drama Therapy because in the integrative healing process talking is, sometimes, not enough. Have you experienced the moment that you cognitively knew what you need to do, but you just couldn’t do it? The creative arts engage both the mind and the body, this kind of work can lead to more of a sense of wholeness and connection. Action methods engage both hemispheres of the brain, as well as the limbic system (where emotions are processed). When your insights and healing moments are integrated into the body, you are able to practice the new ways of being both behaviorally and psychologically.
