Breaking up: an experiential support group

Are you heart-broken?
Are you looking for closure?
Do you find yourself lingering in the past?

Through the therapeutic use of drama and other creative arts techniques, including sand tray, drawing, role-play, story-telling, you will have a confidential, creative space to process your feelings, reexamine your relationship dynamics/behavioral pattern, and get support from people in the group.

$400 ($50/session) Need-based sliding scale available. Pre-registration is required. Limited spaces available.

Group Facilitator Trained in Counseling & Drama Therapy:
Michelle Chang is a Marriage and Family Therapist intern (#79696) and received her MA in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Drama Therapy from California Institute of Integral Studies. She works with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. She respects each client’s uniqueness and differences, supporting clients in self-love, self-esteem and grief.
