You are valuable. Your beliefs and identity are important. We will create a confidential and non-judgmental space to honor each other. In this workshop you can express your hurt and anger, as well as celebrate your strengths and cultural values. Use creative techniques, theater techniques, personal photos, favorite songs, and childhood stories to awaken your inner power and strengthen your resilience in the face of the forces that do not see you.

Facilitators/therapists: Alicia and Michelle are Marriage and Family therapy interns (intern number pending) and provide counseling services for individuals, couples, families and groups. They are supervised by Merry Ross, MFT, MFC#37401.
